Welcome to Nascent! We take pride in providing high-quality products and ensuring a smooth shipping process for all of our customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy for detailed information about how we handle orders.

Shipping Timeline  

We ship with trusted carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, DHL to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location:  

-Domestic (U.S.): Delivery typically takes 2-8 business days after the order is processed and shipped.  
- International: Delivery generally takes 7-21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.  

While most orders are shipped promptly, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.  

 Order Fulfillment  

We aim to process and fulfill your order as quickly as possible.  
- Pre-Made Orders: These are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days.  

-Pre-Order Items: These items may require additional preparation time, with shipping typically delayed by 2-3 weeks. If a product is a pre-order, this will be noted in the product description so you can plan accordingly, however most if not all of our items are premade to avoid any delays.  

Our focus on quality and attention to detail means every order is handled with care.

 

Tracking Your Order  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the carrier’s system.  

 Address Accuracy  

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Be sure to include any necessary details, such as apartment numbers, building names, or abbreviations.  

Nascent is not responsible for delivery delays or misplaced packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.  

 Responsibility After Shipping  

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Nascent is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If any issues arise, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.  

International Orders  

All international orders are shipped via DHL and typically delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.  

Customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We ship both Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) and Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). For DDU, fees are due upon delivery. For DDP, duties and taxes are collected at checkout, with no additional payment required on delivery. Returns due to refusal to pay duties or taxes may incur a restocking fee and will not be eligible for a full refund. Customs authorities may delay or deny package release and require us to declare the order's value on the package.
