Due to the nature of our business and the exclusivity of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. We encourage you to double-check your order details and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products, but in rare cases, items may arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

Upon reviewing the issue, we may, as we deem appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as we process them quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please confirm all details before finalizing your order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
